Maintenance Technician
Compensation: Negotiable employment type: Full-Time
TMC Property Management is currently seeking a full-time maintenance technician for our South Tulsa apartment community. TMC Property Management offers competitive compensation package and benefits that include health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off and Holiday pay. Candidate must have great customer service skills, and previous experience in the multi-housing industry is preferred. Candidate must also have skills in appliance repair, pool maintenance, plumbing, electrical, painting, sheet rock and carpentry.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
• Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work and pre-set goals.
• Ability to keep work areas and shops in an organized state for better work efficiency.
• Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in maintenance, construction and repairs.
• Ability to push, lift, move and carry 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to communicate professionally, verbally and in writing.
• Other duties as requested by Area Supervisor and Property Manager.
