TMC Property Management Company, a Division of Jamison Management Company, is a family owned and operated business. Larry Jamison, the owner and broker of the Company has been working in the real estate industry since 1976. He is a veteran in both the purchase and sale of residential and income property.
Over the decades, Larry has adeptly met the investment needs of his clients by sourcing optimal properties for their portfolios. Driven by the need to offer top-tier management for these investments, Larry and his wife, Jeannette, began managing their investors' properties in the late 1980s. Jamison Management Company was officially founded in 1995 when their investment portfolio grew large enough to become a full-time job for Jeannette. In 2007, Jamison Management Co. expanded into Tulsa, Oklahoma and created TMC Property Management.

Our portfolio now includes over 1,300 units in the South Bay and over 1,000 units in Tulsa, OK. We operate full-service management committed to maintaining clean, safe, and well-cared-for properties. Our investors have come to rely on our professionalism and depth of experience, confident in our ability to manage their properties with the utmost care and consideration.
To better serve our clients and manage operations efficiently, we have established corporate offices in both Redondo Beach, CA, and Tulsa, OK. These strategic locations enable us to uphold our commitment to exceed customer expectations and foster community.
